Ingredientes:
50gr. de mantequilla o margarina
1 tarro de leche condensada con café hecho manjar. (o manjar con café)
1 cucharada de ron o pisco
1 taza de nueces picadas
3 tazas de galletas dulces molidas (300gr.)
nueces molidas para espolvorear
Preparación:
- Mezcle la mantequilla o margarina ablandada con el tarro de leche condensada con café hecho manjar añada el ron o pisco y las nueces picadas.
- Incorpore poco a poco las galletas dulces molidas mezclando hasta incorporar totalmente.
- Forme rollos de aproximadamente 3 cm de diámetro. Envuelva en papel mantequilla o de aluminio y deje en el refrigerador por unas horas.
- Desenvuelva, espolvoree con nueces molidas y corte en rebanadas.nueces molidas para espolvorear
